At Ilira, every piece is created with intention and care. Because many of our pieces are permanent jewellery or custom-made, we ask that you review the following policy carefully.
Permanent jewellery (welded-on pieces) are final sale due to their custom nature and hygiene considerations.
Custom-designed pieces are also final sale, as they are made specifically for you.
Ready-to-wear jewellery may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
Unworn
In its original condition
Returned with original packaging

If you experience an issue with your order or believe your piece arrived defective, please contact us at ilirajewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you.
Jewellery Care
Our jewellery is designed to be worn and lived in — not tucked away.
We use high-quality 14-karat gold-filled materials, sourced from trusted suppliers and chosen for their durability, beauty, and suitability for everyday wear.
Everyday Wear
With normal use and proper care, Ilira pieces are designed to last 3–5 years while maintaining their appearance.
Our jewellery is suitable for:
- Daily wear
- Showering
- Swimming (including pools)
However, to help your pieces last as long as possible, we recommend mindful care.
A Note on Wear
Jewellery is personal, and wear can vary based on lifestyle, skin chemistry, and daily activities. Natural wear over time is not considered a defect but part of a piece being truly lived in.
